Upgrading to the latest build

RSinteract Build 3231 was released November 2010.

Before investigating any technical issues we recommend you upgrade to the latest build.

To determine your build: hover over the RSinteract logo in the top right of RSinteract; or, on the machine where RSinteract is installed, go to Add or Remove Programs, click on RSinteract and click on the link that says ‘Click here for support information’ – the build number is the four digit version number.

When upgrading RSinteract please install to the same folder as before. Your existing data, reports and data sources will be retained (with the exception of the RSinteract Samples folder in Reporting Services. You can download the latest build here
