    Hi Tony,

    We’ve seen this occasionally with some of your colleagues, first thing to do is retype the quotes, spaces and slashes as they get changed by mail clients and browsers – the double quotes should be the ones above the number 2 on a UK keyboard layout.

    Otherwise you can create an empty text file called c:\formsauth.txt and run the installer again – the aim is to get the installer to skip the Report Server web service checks.

    There’s a newer version of RSinteract with your test team that has a checkbox in the installer – hopefully it’ll filter through to you soon…
