We&#039;ve seen this occasionally with some of your colleagues, first thing to do is retype the quotes, spaces and slashes as they get changed by mail clients and browsers - the double quotes should be the ones above the number 2 on a UK keyboard layout.

Otherwise you can create an empty text file called c:\formsauth.txt and run the installer again - the aim is to get the installer to skip the Report Server web service checks.

There&#039;s a newer version of RSinteract with your test team that has a checkbox in the installer - hopefully it&#039;ll filter through to you soon...
